Can a member of Three staff please follow up on the frequent reports over the last few weeks regarding widespread connectivity issues with several websites and services, including Dropbox.com.
The current workaround involving the adjustment of APN settings is not an acceptable permanent fix. We require a clear action plan and an anticipated date for the implementation of a definitive solution.

Maybe this is the same issue I have had with xbox live parties. Can't access without a vpn on my laptop. obviously not as simple as getting a vpn on xbox

I've had the same issue for the past few days. I’ve contacted them multiple times and told them that if they don’t fix the problem, I’ll switch to another provider as soon as possible. The only response I received from their so-called “support” team was that they could connect me to the "plan cancellation" team if I wanted to switch to another provider. Excellent customer support from Three, indeed.

I have asked @PeteG , @JonathanB and @MichaelP to comment on a couple of other related threads with no response.
They have been active on other topics but AFAIK not a single post on any of the most active threads of the last week.
It would appear they are under orders not to comment on this topic for some reason which is a very unsatisfactory state of affairs!

I have and was told it's not a known issue but they will look into it for me within the next 7 days.
There are Three staff commenting on other threads here but seems like they dont want acknowledge this problem.

From the reports here 'Support' will give a different answer each time they are asked!
