Several websites stopped working at around 10:00 AM today through my 5G Home Broadband

Access to several websites, including dropbox.com, stopped working in the morning today. I've restarted my 5G Home Broadband router but that didn't help. I can access the affected websites over my mobile connection with a different provider.

Don't forget to visit to visit https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.threebroadband.co.uk? and leave your view about your experience with three and their customer service.

I cant even report them to the https://www.commsombudsman.org/how-we-can-help/broadband-providers because that url wont resolve either.

Ofcom will though:  https://www.ofcom.org.uk/make-a-complaint

It seems to be happening again right now: trying to navigate to dropbox.com results in ERR_TIMED_OUT.

Same - Friday afternoon our Harmony Remote hub stopped working. Harmony webserver unreachable.
- then I noticed Dropbox on my PC can't see the internet

- Today I discovered no pages on Aliexpress will load after the images. All pages give a 404 error.

Tried all sorts then found this thread.

Have changed the APN to three.co.uk which has made Aliexpress work, Harmony app / webserver work, and dropbox is back online

The page for my solar setup (www.foxesscloud.com) stopped responding, and my inverter was also unable to report stats.

The three.co.uk APN profile change just worked for me too.

Three.co.uk  APN is behind a CGNAT, its more suited to mobile phone use, no residential home broadband.   You want to remain on 3internet and you just want three's engineers to fix what they broke.

The catch, and its a big one for me, is three.co.uk apn is CGNAT, whereas the other one gives a real IP - so now none of my incoming connections work .

Exactly, who in their right mind wants to be behind a CGNAT, that's a foolish move for residential use.

me too, dropbox wont connect, my email has stopped sending and receiving, various ports are blocked, and no idea why. Everything works fine if i hotspot from my phone.  the network status function on the three website says there is a network issue but no details, could this be the reason? and will they sort it out before we all have to work from home next week?

so i found where to change the cellular apn (network settings/broadband/cellular apn).... changed it from default and 3internet to three.co.uk and most things are working, except now Gmail no longer sends or receives.....  maybe it will sort itself out ...thanks Wobbly1 for the heads up
