Is anyone having trouble syncing notes on Simplenote?

Although it seems to work on non-three networks, I'm getting very uneven performance on three broadband, especially with my ipad, much less so with my computers. It's very difficult to diagnose, so if you use Simplenote, can you say whether you're getting good or bad service with it on 3?

Very erratic service over the last two days, across all devices, but only on three braodband, not other connections.

Still very erratic service over Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, ony on 3 broadband. Currently, pinging simperium.com, I get 40% packet loss (no packet loss on another broadband connection).

Hi @anterotesis,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you there. I can only guess there's not many people on Three using Simplenote/Simperium's services, as we're not seeing any other reports, but this may simply be that it's not services used by many of our customers.

I have raised the issue with our Service Desk to see how we best investigate further. Just to double check, so no other signs of issues with your connections, good speeds, and no packet loss when using other websites and apps?

Service is still erratic, though it appears a bit better than previously.

I raised this issue on Simplenote's own forums, and although no 3 users responded, one of their own staff did, saying that they were investigating similar cases with other providers:

Hi @anterotesis,

Sorry to hear about this. I can't recall Simplenote being referenced on our Community in the past. Can you let me know a bit more about the issue? For example, are there any error messages, or is this a outright or intermittent failure to connect to the site in question? Are you having this issue when connecting various devices from a Three Broadband router, or does the iPad use a separate Three SIM also?
