Speed test zero although showing connected and excellent signal

My broadband device shows connectivity but is not actually working. Speed tests are showing nothing

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your connection. Were you able to use the service in that location previously, or is this a new line?

Does the Network Status Checker show that we're aware of an working on any local issues?
