Unable to connect pixel phone to NR5103EV2. Three app reports "hub not found".

My pixel phone dies not connect to the router when using the three app. Reports "hub not found". Also unable to access the router via 192.168.1.1 as wrong login details. I have checked and the password is being correctly entered as reported on the hub.

Anyone had similar problems and a solution?

That's strange. Have you tried restarting the hub and any other routers you have connected and trying again?

Restarted both hub and phone multiple times. This is the second hub i have tried and same issue with both.

That's quite strange. I don't suppose you have another phone you can try? I don't think it's a phone issue, but nice to rule it out.
