Hello! I'm having an issue with a cancelled monthly rolling contract. Customer care informed me a returns bag would be sent by post within 5 days, but I haven't received it. Has anyone else dealt with this and have any suggestions on how to get this sorted? Any help is appreciated.

It's disappointing to hear it hasn't arrived. I'd recommend reaching out to the support team by calling or chatting, and letting them know that you haven't received the return packaging after 5 working days passed.
