Well just wanted to say that I finally have got my speeds up (although not quite as good as before!), took 2 weeks and many calls to Tech but they came through and I'm pleased. Credit where credit is due so well done Three in this case. Just as a quick hint, the Tech girl was very nice and I did have to reset the hub twice (using a needle) if that helps anyone, thanks again.
