The expected speed for 5G isn't 2mbps, it's expected to average 150mbps in most cases, but usually exceeds this by quite a margin. If your experiences with 5G have been at 2mbps, it might be worth checking the local network using the status checker to see if there's a known issue in the area.
You could also try resetting the network settings on your device to ensure the speeds are not being limited by accident, and of course it's always a good idea to turn the device off and back on just in case there's been a bug. If you're still having the issue after that, I'd recommend reaching out to the support team where it can be looked into further.
