Don’t ask us, we just work here.

The community team is here to help, but this is your place, and we want you to make it your own. Take a look at the FAQs for details on how to update your profile bio, add an avatar and personalise your signature.

You might see some usernames on here more than others – that’s ok. Say hello and get to know each other. Whether you have network queries or are passionate about discussing the latest tech, Three Community is a space for you.

What does a Community Moderator do?

Community Moderators are here to ensure our community is a safe, helpful and social space. They’ll check that the Three Community guidelines are being followed, share exciting Three news and help support you to create a thriving community space.

Please flag anything that requires their attention by hitting the ‘Report inappropriate content’ button.

A bit about me: When not in front of a screen for work, you’ll find me in front of another screen, gaming or binge-watching online. I love Sci-fi/Fantasy, and terrible puns. I often start things and never get round to

What I love about Three: We work as a team, to do the best job we can, every day.

Community Support Team

You’ll also see our Community Support Team popping up from time to time. Currently that’s @KateS@Maxine, @JohnM , @PeteG, and @FraserC1. They’re members of our Social Media Team with loads of knowledge about Three’s products, services, and all the tech that you can use with our network.

They don’t work on the Community full time, but may step in to help with advice from time to time, or to help direct members to the right teams for more help when an issue can’t be resolved in public posts.

Three Employees

You may also see users with the Employee rank and a Three logo next to their username. They work in various areas of Three other than the community and are just popping over to the community in their own time. They might be here to catch up on what our customers are talking about, offering a little help in their specialist subjects, or just having a browse.
