Attempting to cancel device order

Yesterday I ordered an upgrade device and a new SIM. Realised I needed to change the address after ordering, so I spoke to someone on Live Chat at around 9am this morning who said they'd change the address but I would need to cancel the current order and reorder. They put me through to someone who said they would cancel the order as it hadn't shipped yet. Then at 2pm I received an email saying DPD is expecting my parcel? Very confused as to what's going on with my order. Currently waiting to speak with someone on Live Chat but it's taking a long time.

Why chat when you can call?? Seems to me your problem will be that you’ve been credit checked at the address from which you’re changing and the device has to go to your own address. People like you certainly make life unnecessarily complicated.
