I have a Galaxy S25+ bought from Samsung.com, which I was previously using on Vodafone contract.
I swapped to Three because Vodafone signal was bad in my area. At home I was able to receive call using Wifi calling without any issues, but since moving to Three calls made and received from home are not great (as with Vodafone, the Three signal's no good in my home). People complain about the bad signal and often can't hear me properly, sometimes not at all.
I assume this is because Wifi calling isn't working properly, though I don't know how to prove it. My home broadband is more than capable and I had no issues at home when on Vodafone.
I have checked my settings and Wifi calling is enabled.
How would I know if a call is actively using wifi calling??

Hi @CharlieMike
a websearch by images came up with this. I believe the left image is the status bar and wifi calling active would be the 2nd symbol from left (in this case means wifi calling for the sim in 1st slot). And then image on the right, I believe it is when you dial or receive a call over wifi.
If doesn't work... maybe try to disable and enable the wifi calling a few times. I've seen someone here that was only able after "forget" its wifi network and setup it again. Or maybe try to go on airplane mode "on" and then just activate wifi (this means no celular data, bluetooth,...) but your phone should start/try to use wifi to connect to Three network, which means you should be able to receive/do calls and sms, and if sorted set airplane back to off.
