My daughter has just joined 3 mobile and her first monthly bundle has run out and I assumed her next months bundle would automatically renew, especially as she had just topped up her pay as you go sim card with £35 but it has not renewed. My daughters number is; 07********* 

I really would appreciate someone contacting either myself or my daughter to arrange activating her monthly bundle as soon as possible, as my daughter is 15 and needs to be able to contact me in case of emergencies so desperately needs her phone with her calls, texts and data working asap please?

You can set the plan to auto-renew and update payment methods on the PAYG app.

Please bear in mind John that this is a customer to customer forum, with only occasional interventions by Three's moderators. It sounds like you need to contact Customer Services, or maybe to visit a Three shop if there's one in your vicinity. Alternatively, can you activate the bundle using the My3 app ?
