I’ve activated my SIM card but set my number to be transferred on the 23rd December. I would now like to bring this forward to as soon as possible. My first contact on the online chat yesterday said this would be fine and done today between 12 & 5. This didn’t happen so I used the online chat again tonight and they’ve said it’s not possible because it’s at stage 2 of the transfer.
Can anyone please help with whether or not the date can be changed?
