So I bought a 60GB pay as you go yesterday I was charged £10 and did not even get my data and call and texts usually it would always happen instantly

Happened to me too mate just call them up and explain or login to the app and see if you can read pick your preferred plan

Yes this should happen instantly, unless you have a data pack which hasn't yet expired. Has this updated since you posted this?
