Hello,
I attempted to upgrade my phone on the 26th of June however I missed a call at 20 to 8 which I afterwards found out was a fraud check. Due to me not answering the upgrade was cancelled and I was referred to the fraud department.
I then tried again on Friday and opted for collect in store however haven't heard anything further after the 'your order's gone through' - still just showing as submitted online.
Would be good to get a bit of clarification on when my order will be ready?
