I recently upgraded my phone which was offered to me for free. I processed this fine with no issues, received the new phone fine. I was surprised to see my old bill amount be taken by direct debit today? I logged into my account to see 2 airtime agreements set up, 1 for my old phone and one for the new phone. Very confused?

Oh, that's odd. Depending on the date you processed the upgrade, the bill you received today may be for your last month's usage before the upgrade had been processed.
When did you upgrade your account? Could you possibly attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on your account (removing any personal details) and I'll take a look, please?
