Another day on three live chat too see if there is any updates on my exchange of device this was done 8th Jan promised a new device sent out in 5-7 days still nothing getting fed up of three customer service telling me another day and ino in truth there taking the piss but yet expect me too carry on paying a bill for a faulty device I'm at a loss what too do none of the customer service team are helpful all they keep doing is adding more requests or notes telling me they will hear something back in 48 hours and it never happens ! I havr been with three 4 years thought they was good now I'm realising there not they don't care about your needs or customers as long as your paying out too them or there selling you contracts yet don't rectify when anything is wrong I'm so stressed with all this does somebody know what else I can do too get this rectified without having too talk too a livr chat what doesn't know what there talking about ?

There could be some kind of stock shortage for the handset you're exchanging to, but it's hard to know for sure. As this is a space for other users, no one here can access your account to check what's going on. You can speak to the complains team to register a complaint instead, and they can investigate in more detail for you.
