Hi @shane9082,
Was this issue resolved in the meantime since we last heard from you? Please let us know if you're still encountering the same errors, and if you still need any help with this.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Did you buy the watch from three? or did you buy it somewhere else and now you are buying just the "watch plan/addon"?

Nope I brought the watch from three with a data plan. I have also a data plan with three with my phone
I have also disconnected the wifi and use just the mobile network

Hi @shane9082,
Can I double check, what model of phone are you pairing the Galaxy watch to?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello, Shane.
Can you disconnect from Wifi in case your phone is unable to access mobile data while Wifi is on, then try pairing again?
Pete.

It looks like you'll need to speak to the support team in order to get the old pairing deactivated/removed. Once that's removed, a new one can be created.
Pete.
