Low 4g signal strength using three wireless broadband unit.

Hi, I am using a 3 5g wireless broadband router in an area where NO 5g is being transmitted, so the unit is providing 4g signal at quite a low strength. Does anyone have any experience of connecting a LTE aerial via what I think are TS9 connections? If so which make and model of LTE aerial helped increase the signal output.

That's not great to hear you've been getting these issues with 5G. This is something our Customer Service Team can check, they'll be able to run tests and check if the router is running at it's full capacity.
