Text and data are still fine, so I'm assuming the issue is related to the 3G shutdown.
Via How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off and https://devicesupport.three.co.uk/guides/device/Nokia/8 supports VoLTE.
Any ideas?

Sorry for the delay in picking up your post. It looks like the Nokia 8 doesn't support VoLTE according to our records although it is a 4G phone. Have you been able to source an alternative phone to use? Have you been in touch with customer services to discuss your options, if so what have they advised?

My Nokia supports VOLTE but NOKIA Support advised wasn't actually enabled on my phone
due to their requirement to thoroughly test with every TELCO 😞
