Request to Cancel Duplicate Roaming Pass Order and Refund

Dear Three Accessories Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I noticed that I accidentally placed a duplicated orders for the 14-day Go Roam Europe pass today (27 July 2025). The order IDs are:
• #561641198A – Completed
• #561587337A – Completed

I would like to request the cancellation and refund of the duplicate orders

561641198A as I only need one roaming pass.


Please let me know if you need any further information from me to process the refund.

Hello there. 

Community is a space for other users of Three, there isn't anyone here who can access your account. If you've purchased an addon twice, they should stack on your account to be used later. I don't know if it's possible to remove it and refund it, but if that's what you're looking to do, I'd recommend reaching out to the support team on chat or by calling and making the request.
