how do I add Device Security Powered by Bitdefender add-on

Hello there. 

You'll be able to add the bit defender addon in the the addon section after signing into My3. Once you've done that, you'll get a text with a link to follow for setting up. Details on the service are on the Support Page.

I have a email from 3, but there was no link to Bitdefender. Does it take time to process.

I'm not specifically aware of any exceptional delay, you ought to receive a text and email with activation instructions. Have you received these in the meantime since posting, and when did you sign up to the Three Device Security service?
