Returned phone to DPD

Basically I had an early upgrade but I upgraded to the wrong phone. So I got in contact with Three and returned the unwanted phone and received the one I wanted. However after taking the phone to a “DPD pick up point” Three still haven’t received the phone 2 months later and I am being charged even after providing tracking information. This has been an ongoing problem and seems like it’s getting nowhere and I can’t afford to be paying for 2 phones amongst other bills!

This means the parcel didn't reach Three. If it's been 2 months, it's unlikely that it's going to. I'd recommend reaching out to DPD to inform them that the parcel is not showing up as delivered and that an investigation needs to be raised. 

Three will need to tie in with DPD as well so the outcome of any investigation can be seen. I'll check with the team on how that would be done, and will get back to you on Monday.

That's not so great. You mentioned that you had the tracking for the return, what was the tracking outcome?

On the Dpd app, it just says parcels been dropped of to pick up point and on way back to sender
