This a very strange issue im having, all my other apps on the handest work fine on wi fi i installed the TSB mobile banking app and registered the app on the first run the app loaded and i could login. But when it logs me out i cannot log back in, it secures my device and takes ages to get to the login selection then the app is unresponsive.Things i have tried
1: uninstalled the app then re installed works on the first run then back to not logging in
2: Cleared cache and forced stop does nothing.
3: disconnected from wi fi then reconnected sometimes works but hit n miss
4: checked the phones software is up to date
5: after contacting the TSB support team they suggested turning off the automatic dns in the network settings did nothing, i also rebooted the phone nd loaded the app again does nothing.
The only way i can get the tsb mobile banking app to work is to use either a vpn or mobile data whilst on my wi fi it will not login. I have 2 older handsets running android 10 and android 11 the tsb banking app works fine on both of these handsets using my wi fi, so is this an issue with android 14 some bug? I am at a loss with this now i have explored all options.

Sorry to hear about this issue, it sounds quite frustrating. Can I check, you've mentioned this being a Wi-Fi issue, so is this in relation to a Three Home Broadband hub? We may be limited in what we can advise if this is an issue relating to 3rd party Wi-Fi.
