On the 14 of September I made an instore order for an iPhone 16 pro max desert titanium I was given a delivery date of 3 October but as of today the 30 of October it is still not delivered and when I check online it says submitted. There is no update as to when it will arrive

I'm really sorry to hear about these delays with your iPhone order. Was this an order to collect in store, or to be delivered to your billing address? Have you been back in touch with the Three store in question, or with customer services? If so what have they advised?

Sorry should have said in my reply that the store said it was still due for delivery but delayed and they didn’t know when I checked with customer service and they didn’t know when it would arrive

Hello.
I've done some checking and the latest delivery date that I can see for orders placed on the 14th September for 16 Pro Max devices in that colour is the 24th of October.
Since you haven't received you device yet, it seems like perhaps something else other than stock might be causing the delay.
Has their been any update since you last posted? If so, that's being advised?

Thanks for confirming. The order would show as submitted on the account until it's passed over to DPD for delivery.
I'm not too sure what's causing the delay, but I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team for an update. You could also raise a complaint on the account with the advisor as you've not had the delivery as scheduled.

the delivery was to be made to the delivery address I checked with the store and they said it was still out for delivery I rang customer service today and they couldn’t find anything
