Something new is brewing on Three+…

Hi Everyone,

We’re delighted to introduce the new £1 coffee network from Three+ – Whether you're craving a cappuccino or holding out for a hot chocolate with all the toppings, Three+ is your pass to £1 drinks at 100s of local cafes!

Everyone loves a coffee, and now you can get rewarded in more places than ever with the launch of our new £1 coffee network. Get your favourite barista-made beverage for just £1 at over 1500 participating partners. We’ll be adding more soon, so be sure to check back.

One unique link is available per Three+ customer per week. Your link will unlock one single use voucher redeemable for a £1 barista-made drink (exclusions apply) at participating venues. See the Three+ App for full terms.

Even better, we are launching the new £1 coffee network alongside our current £1 Caffè Nero offer, so you’ll be able to enjoy both of these great offers every week!

To access this great new offer, you just need to have registered for Three+ and have the latest version of the app. You can download, or check that your Three+ app is up to date for Android here, or iOS here.

Look for The £1 Coffee Network in the Top Rewards, or All Rewards tabs. If you claim the reward and need to come back to this later, you’ll find it in the My Codes tab. From there, you’ll find your unique link to the £1 Coffee Network website, where you can search for nearby venues, then select which one you’d like to redeem a voucher for this week.

Important – You will have 30 minutes to use your voucher once activated on the £1 Coffee Network website.

I am on the latest version of the app. I do not have a link to show the participating cafes. I have a link to "see codes" but that just takes me back to where I was.

You really need to have a link at the top clearly labelled "participating venues" because clearly to have so many people having issues navigating to this apparently link shows you've done something wrong.

I stil can't find the link. I previously wasted my voucher by clicking "to use this reward click here" as it activated the code but I couldn't see where accepts it!

May I suggest you add screenshot to show exactly where this link is, or an idea of the URL? Even better.. why not add the link to the post?

I'm really sorry to hear you've been having so much difficulty in navigating this offer.

We can't share the link on the Community, as it's a unique link per customer generated in your Three+ App. However, we're happy to walk through the process, and hopefully we can also figure out if you're encountering a technical issue, or clear up any misunderstandings.

First find the offer on the Three+ App:

Claim the offer. You can do this any time during the week, as mentioned on the app the 30 minutes starts when you choose a participating coffee shop, so that's not relevant yet:

When you click "Get Reward" you'll be taken to this screen with the link (the link may not display if you haven't updated your Three+ app to the latest version), if you need to navigate back here, select the My Codes tab, then "The £1 coffee network". The offer is per calendar week, so you can return any time Monday to Sunday:

Once you navigate to the £1 coffee network site, you can use the search bar to look up a post code, or when you click on the search bar, you'll also get a prompt to use your device location:

Each venue has a page on the site, which gives a bit more info like specifics from their menus, opening hours, and you'll have the option to generate a voucher down at the bottom of the page. When you choose "Redeem Now" for a venue, that's what starts the 30 minute timer.

I can't find any link in the My code tab of my 3+app

Hi @Aravinth,

The offer refreshes every week, so make sure that you've claimed The £1 Coffee Network in your Three+ App since Monday. Then in my codes you should be able to find the offer again, you should see "To use your reward Click here".

If the link isn't displaying, please check to make sure you have installed the most up to date version of Three+ from your app store.

Where can we use the £1 coffee network deal?

Hi @Fluff,

The list of venues is over 1500 locations, and growing so rather than sharing this on an external web page, you access this through the link in your Three+ App.

1. Claim the £1 Coffee Network offer in Three+ any time from Monday each week.
2. You'll find your link in the "My Codes" section after claiming the offer
3. This website lets you search by device location, or you can key in a town or postcode to see nearby venues
4. Finally, choose any participating venue from your location search to generate a voucher. (vouchers last 30 minutes, so you may be best to pop over to the venue first before you do this last part).
