Hi Everyone,

We’re delighted to introduce the new £1 coffee network from Three+ – Whether you're craving a cappuccino or holding out for a hot chocolate with all the toppings, Three+ is your pass to £1 drinks at 100s of local cafes!

Everyone loves a coffee, and now you can get rewarded in more places than ever with the launch of our new £1 coffee network. Get your favourite barista-made beverage for just £1 at over 1500 participating partners. We’ll be adding more soon, so be sure to check back.

One unique link is available per Three+ customer per week. Your link will unlock one single use voucher redeemable for a £1 barista-made drink (exclusions apply) at participating venues. See the Three+ App for full terms.

Even better, we are launching the new £1 coffee network alongside our current £1 Caffè Nero offer, so you’ll be able to enjoy both of these great offers every week!

To access this great new offer, you just need to have registered for Three+ and have the latest version of the app. You can download, or check that your Three+ app is up to date for Android here, or iOS here.

Look for The £1 Coffee Network in the Top Rewards, or All Rewards tabs. If you claim the reward and need to come back to this later, you’ll find it in the My Codes tab. From there, you’ll find your unique link to the £1 Coffee Network website, where you can search for nearby venues, then select which one you’d like to redeem a voucher for this week.

Important – You will have 30 minutes to use your voucher once activated on the £1 Coffee Network website.

We hope everyone finds this new perk a welcome addition to Three+, and we’d love to hear your feedback in the replies below.

I've been to 3 places to "use" this now. the first place, flat out refused me the offer. the 2nd cafe said she only agreed to black coffee and nothing else. Luckily, Paul came to the rescue and was able to use it there. How much awareness do the owners of these cafes have regarding this deal?

Hi @f1fan12,

I'm sorry that you had to visit 3 different venues to finally redeem this. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. All participating coffee shops are recruited to be part of the Coffee Network. The recruitment is managed by our partner TLC. Please share your experiences with drink-reward@tlcrewards.com if venues aren't honouring the offer, or are placing any restrictions not described in the terms and conditions. They'll be happy to investigate this further.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @SJ23,

I'm really sorry to hear this and we have passed on your feedback. Kaspas definitely is part of the £1 coffee network, but if you'd like to discuss this situation with our partner who manages the coffee network, please reach out to:drink-reward@tlcrewards.com

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi.  I have redeemed mine in kaspas and it was surprisingly very simple.  I just didn't redeem it until I got in store.  I rang first beforehand.  These offers can be a real pain though and embarrassing when they don't work properly.

Where do we find the participating coffee shops? I tried to activate to show the list which has now wasted the reward because I don't know where to use it.

Hi @Kgard,

The reward is only used up if you've chosen a venue to generate the voucher, and not used it within 30 mins. When you claim the offer on Three+ you have all week to redeem this.

Pop over to your My Codes section of Three+, and you should be able to find the link over to the website where you can search the venues, and choose which one to generate the voucher for.

Thanks,
Jonathan

The problem is, the link doesn't show you the venues! The link activates the code and if you only have 30 mins to use it, it's ridiculous because you might want to use it on a different day if a participating cafes is not in the location you're in, in that moment.

For example, if I am in town A, I activate the link to see if it works in any of the cafes, if it is not then I will try use it tomorrow when I am in town B but it will have expired

However, regardless, the link doesn't show tthelist of restaurants!!

I just successfully redeemed my first voucher at Paul, so it does work, but it doesn't generate a QR code like Caffe Nero just a long 12 digit voucher code which I showed to the Barista and he just nodded and put it through for £1 but didn't scan anything or take a note of the code.

Fab glad to hear that your voucher did work in the end, sorry again for the disruption yesterday morning!
