Update to the new Three app – now live!

Whether it's unpacking a past bill or keeping tabs on today’s usage, the app has become the go-to destination for our customers to connect with everything Three.

And since delivering a seamless user experience is at the heart of what we do, it was time to take our app to a whole new level with a total transformation. 

We're thrilled to say that the new Three app launched back in December to rave reviews, with everything from a new timeline to an improved navigation to explore in this next evolution.

The best part? This was only the start. And now just a few weeks later, we’re back with another update that’s set to mean even bigger and better things for our customers.

With this latest release, you can expect even more from the app journeys you take every day, including:

  • Home
    Reimagined with a slick timeline, smoother experience, and even easier access to the essentials.
  • Bills
    Settle up, pay in parts, or get ahead. When it comes to bills, Pay Monthly customers can manage their money, their way.
  • Allowances and Usage
    Uplifted to give a clearer understanding of usage, along with all the data, minutes, and texts included.
  • Pay As You Go
    Now with a new and improved design, so Pay As You Go customers can top up in next to no time.

This is now an excellent version of the app! Everything is easily navigable from your bills to technical help. And no;I don’t work for Three lol.
