4 Days of no incoming or outgoing calls

This is day 4 of no incoming or outgoing calls!!! 

I only know somebody has tried to contact me when I received a text message saying I have a missed call! 

I have only been able to make 2 calls from home, and I cannot make any calls when I am away from my home.

I have an elderly mother who relies on daily contact with me, who I have not been able to contact for 4 days.

Can somebody please explain what is going on with the Three network, is this a regional or national issue? 

I will be requesting a pac code on Monday to change network providers if this issue is not resolved by then.

I would like a response from a Three representative!

First thing to say is this isn’t customer service! This is a discussion forum populated by Three customers with some moderators and we have no access to your account. You need to contact them either by calling 333 or via live chat to elicit a response,I’m under the impression that the outage from earlier in the week has been resolved.That said can I suggest you turn your phone off and on again;this will refresh its connection to the network and more often than not solves problems such as you have described. You could also go onto the Three status page and check for any tech issues in your area by inputting your postcode. If you really want to make a complaint then you can also do this on a preloaded form again via the Three homepage.

Thank you for your reply. I know, I'm sorry, but I am so frustrated by this.

Since the outage I have been unable to make or receive phone calls unless via Whatsapp or Wifi. I have the latest updates, restared the phone etc, but nothing works. Three are unable to help until I find another phone to call them on, the only person I know whose phone I can use is also on Three and having the same issues. So I'm off to buy a sim for an old phone!
