Just wondering if anyone can advise on what is causing a phone issue, since Wednesday night I've been receiving messages from people advising they are unable to call my number.
When attempting to call they receive an automated message: "'This persons phone is currently unavailable please try later or send a text" .- They do not receive my normal voicemail service and don't get any option to leave a message nor do I get any notification of a missed call and my phone doesn't ring. This doesn't affect outgoing calls and I recieve text messages as normal.
It happens at random times, as soon as I turn switch airplane mode on / off or make an outgoing call this fixes the issue and people can call again for a period of time.
Initally it was happening on people that were on the Vodafone network but now it appears to happen with other people that are trying to call me, its like my phone seems to go idle and "drop" off the network but my signal is full.
So far I've tried resetting my iphone back to default, resetting network settings, turning off / on WIFI calling. I've also tried the SIM in a completely different iphone (factory reset) the same issue still occurs. Ive tried turning off all call forwarding and clearing any call baring my BLOCK number filter is also empty.
I've raised this with three but the call centre seemed confused as to what was happening, I've seen a post previously about a port issue but I've had my number for years. There are no known issues in my area.
Can anyone advise what could be causing this? I'm also on the latest IOS and mobile GSM version

Yes thanks already checked before - No known issues in my area, also tried turning airplane mode on and using WIFI calling to rule out mast issues but the issue stil remains.

Input your postcode on 3's NETWORK COVERAGE page to see if there are local mast issues.
