5G issues

Hi folks, I’m lucky enough to to have a 5G phone but find it isn’t that stable when using it. I have noticed it will start on 5G and be super quick then it will slow and change back to 4G or 3G. I’ve tried speed tests and got well over 300mbps download speeds but slow upload speeds. Not sure I this is my phone or the connection?

I live in the York area and 5G has still yet to be rolled out Simon. I think many of the networks are selling a product that has yet to meet customer satisfaction levels and they still have a long way to go in getting their systems up and running to a sufficient level unfortunately .
