Three internet speed has gone down the drain since the merger having problem with the internet speed like only download speed i am getting is 0.5 mbs per second can’t browse takes ages to load anything

Oh no, that's not so great. I'm not sure what would be causing that, as all the original infrastructure is still there, the merger didn't remove anything. It's possible there's an issue local to you that's causing that. You can check it on the Service Status page.
It might also be worth popping on through to the Support Team on chat or by calling in order to speak about the issue and get it looked into in more depth.
