I have bought an LTE 4G USB MODEM with Wi-Fi HotSpot and i inserted the Three SIM card and when i turned the modem on it did not have internet connection even though i checked the sim card has internet, when i checked the manual it said you need to set APN settings,
The settings require:
• APN Name
• MCC
• MNC
• PDP Type
• Username
• PassWord
• Authentication type
• Proxy
• Port
i have tried and inserted as many as i can and the modem did not have internet connection, i have replaced the SIM card and put my phone SIM card and it gave internet connection.

Hi @Mansour1978,
It's very unusual for a device to not automatically pick up an APN profile from the SIM, but Suzi's advice on Three APN Settings may help.
As it's a Broadband device, you may see better results using the 3internet APN than three.co.uk APN.
Again quite odd that the MNC and MCC aren't automatically detected, but I believe you're looking for
MNC: 30
MCC: 234
Let us know if this helps get the device working.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello.
It doesn't sound like the issue is with the APN settings since the phone SIM worked. It sounds like the SIM that was going into the hotspot device isn't working properly. You can try that SIM in your phone to confirm its status.
Pete.
