Beware - So I seen a great upgrade deal
Extra 300 pound trade in which was due for payment on 15th November , not paid
And as per the upgrade , also didn't provide free Samsung chromebook (the website advertised this as an extra item I get when upgrading) and then it turns out three don't provide this, and Samsung stopped this offer over a month earlier , yet three told me this was something I would receive as part of my upgrade
Ongoing with getting legal action...
As I've been missing advertised and sold a 3 year contract based on lies...
No £300 , no Chromebook , no original phone I sent to trade in... and no answers!!

This seems like Ingram micro trade in department are doing this to many many three customer trade ins ...
Need to take legal action as this can't be how a UK wide large company is allowed to behave.
Three say it's the trade in departments problem, for the trade in...
But the trade in company don't answer their phone.
And three don't accept liability in false advertising an offer where I get a free Chromebook... They have just passed the blame on to Samsung... Even though three did not say Samsung provided it, all I know is I want my trade in money , and my Chromebook I took a contract based on.
