I am having constant frustration about constant network breaking up when am on calls. My complaints at three mobile communication office didn't come with any solution. I changed my handset to Samsung 5G but there is still no different. This nightmare came around after the so call merger with Vodafone. Am only waiting to finish my contract in May 2026 and the 10 years marriage will end. My children and partner are on another network and never experience breaking when they are on calls.

Seeing the same on Smarty (owned by the same company as Three and uses Three Network), even while using Wifi Calling. Seems to start with a slowly increasing delay, and then the call just drops off. Local mast was down for planned maintenance, end of last month and they promised it was an "upgrade" and everything would be better, but everything has got worse!
Meanwhile I'm seeing all these adverts saying that the merger is giving better coverage on vodafone - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7clAisWhOtI
Yet my service is degraded so bad it's unusable!
