In July I went on holiday to Europe and I bought an eSIM package to continue using mobile data whilst abroad, however I do not need this package anymore and I cannot figure out for the life of me how to cancel it. I am being charged £13.50 a month needlessly and I do not know how to fix this. Thank you.

Hey @MicheleGioThree
Welcome to the Three Community Page.
Sounds like you have purchased one of our online exclusive data pack deals. The 120GB for £13.50 which auto renews each month.
You can access your account via the Three app. On the App home page there is an option for 'Manage Data Pack', just under the current allowances. Click on 'your data pack' and it would have given the option for cancelling the Auto Renew instruction.
Hope this helps!

Hi @MicheleGioThree,
I'm just checking in as we didn't hear back from you last week. Did you manage to find the option Jade mentioned? Let us know if you still need any help with this.
Thanks,
Jonathan
