loosing money due tono reception

i live at seafront in East Sussex and reception is very very bad. i lost today a bit money because of network issue. my signal has gone totally for a while and im a taxi driver. now the company workers would say to me " oh. we are sorry for this bla bla bla.. ! i LOST MONEY !! and this issue is always around here. i have contrat if i want to leave they are very happy and ready to send bailiff to my door. where is the government?

 The government is usually to be found in the Houses of Parliament but other venues are available.  On a serious note get a pac code and move but as already advised check coverage of your chosen network first.
