Cant get into my account still says no active lines!

Cant get into my account to pay for allowances etc or check remaining. Just says "no active lines" any way out of this? Jim

Hi Jim,

Sorry to hear this, this either means that you've had multiple Three accounts and the primary one was cancelled at some point, or that there may be some sort of fault on your account. Unfortunately we won't be able to resolve this from the Community forums, as this issue will require investigation of your account.

I'd recommend to get in touch with customer services as @Geluk suggested,

Why not call CUST SERVICES on 333??
