Unable to make UK phone calls

My phone no is on a 6GB per month data pack with unlimited calls and text. But I haven’t be able to receive or make UK landline call or mobiles. It keeps saying “this call cannot be completed your account balance is too low” may you advise on this? Thank you!

You’re clearly on a pay as you go plan and you need to top up your account. There are various bundles of calls and texts you can buy. I’m guessing you’ve exhausted the minutes on your bundle. If that’s not the case then start a live chat with customer service.
