Connectivity on phone

Amatay
Fledgling

We have 2 phones, both on 3 network. For the last 2 months both can’t receive or make calls whilst in the home. both were fine prior to this.
if I reboot the phone it will let me call as long as I do it within a few seconds of the reboot. It then blocks again immediately.
when someone is calling me it rings for them but doesn’t connect to me and my phone doesn’t ring , I can’t see that they have tried to call me.
When checking network coverage on 3 it says the coverage and connection is very good.
Both phones work perfectly well outside of the home.
Feels like something is blocking my signal but nothing has changed within the home.
Any suggestions as it’s a massive problem

Mine and my daughters phone won’t open anything with internet connection sometimes. We get an error of “server can’t be found”. So so annoying!!! It’s been doing this for a few weeks now !!

Hey @VC  - How frustrating!

Is this happening in just the one area? Have you tried using a different browser? Are calls and texts working ok?

Hello there.

Do you use Wifi at home? If so, try turning the Wifi off to see if the calls go through. If they start working, it might mean your Wifi calling is causing the issue. You should be able to turn Wifi calling off, and the phone should work normally again if that's the case.

Pete.

That's awesome news, thanks for confirming this worked @Amatay.

You can leave Wi-Fi calling off for now if everything is working well for you without it, or you may want to try resetting your Wi-Fi calling. Reboot your phone with Wi-fi calling switched off, then try toggling Wi-Fi calling back on in case it was a temporary issue.

If this doesn't help you can also try resetting your network settings. This will cause your phone to forget any saved Wi-Fi networks, and Bluetooth devices though,

Thanks,
Jonathan
