Hi, my son has gone to Spain and yet again his data roaming is not automatically working. He’s had the text to say his go roam pass is active, he’s tried to manually select a network but none work. He’s switched phone on and off, he’s checked his spend limit, what else can he do?

Sorry to hear that your son is having trouble with roaming, is it specifically data that isn't working? Can he make and receive calls and texts?
