7 days of network issues now in the IV51 area.

Called customer service and was told there was maintenance on Tuesday 24th March which was completed. Reset and rebooted the hub and it works for 10 minutes then fails again. 
The checker said yesterday there was more maintenance then said there was no maintenance. Today it’s says there is maintenance again.

is there any way of getting information on what is happening and when maintenance will be completed? I understand being in a remote area can make maintenance difficult but why can’t Three just be honest with customers and say “we have a problem with the network in your area that will take x number of days to fix. Instead we get told there are no issues, then there are and always end up being told to reboot the hub.

just be honest with customers. We can handle being told the truth rather than being fobbed off that everything is working ok when it clearly isn’t.

Day 9 of this issue and still no news or updates as to when this maintenance will be completed. Network Status still saying it is being worked on with promise of updates but none ever given. I have, though, had an email saying my monthly charge is increasing by 7.3% which is nice.
