Dumb Phone Used For Calls And Texts Only

I have a Nokia 3310 (3G) 2017 dumb phone on PAYG.

i only want it for calls and texts. This worked well until the 3G switch off.

My phone still works at home though for texts and calls, but not when I am away from home. Is the phone accessing 2G signal somehow. If so then which network?

We do still have 3G sites available and connected as we've not switched every site off at the minute. You should still be able to get 3G in some places, if you're seeing issues with this our Customer Support Team can certainly investigate this for you and give you some options on the next steps.
