Esim no service

Just upgrade to iPhone 16 pro and eSIM at the weekend 

After about a week of fine service I now have no service at all 

how can I fix this?

Sorry to hear about the issue with your service. There's no current issue specific to eSIMs or iPhones that I'm aware of. Have you checked our Network Status Checker, this should help clear up if there's a problem in your local area.

I have a 16 pro max with eSIM and have zero problems. Did you have cause to alter the settings on your iPhone?
