I live in an area where 3 have had a network problem since EASTER which they blame on a third party possibly open reach. But the internet still work at about 15m. Since Vodafone went live the local Vodafone cell swamps the problematic 3 cell with the result that everyone is locked onto the Vodafone cell and the cell is overwhelmed and runs either extremely slow or no internet. But you try and get someone at 3 to understand this or accept this is the problem. I'm a retired professional communications Engineer.
