Old call records

Hello,

I'm trying to find my call records (i.e. old bills) from 2023 and 2024, but I only seem to be able to access 2025 bills. Any thoughts as to where I could find these old records?

Hi @Kenny99,

I hope you managed to get this solved in the meantime since posting. You can access bills issued in the last 12 months on My3 or the Three App, but for older documents you'll need to request this through customer services as Geluk suggested.
