Has anyone else been a victim off sim fraud had things ordered identify stolen not just once but twice after three said they had sorted it

It's concerning to hear this - were security measures put in place after this happened the first time, such as adding a password to the account?
Did you receive any suspicious calls from people claiming to be from Three?
Please make sure that this is reported to Action Fraud and that you change all of your online passwords. Please also check that your bank account is secure.

If you've not been in touch just yet, please report this with Customer Services as soon as possible.
This is important so that the latest instance can be investigated further and additional protective measures can be put in place on your account.
