I would like to know why i cannot join the radio compertition where i put cah and then pay 2.50 i used to be able to do this and now it wont let me saying my phone network wont allow this please tell me why ?????

Can you please confirm which radio competition you are trying to enter?

If you're trying to to send a premium text/short code - if you're on PayG, it would deduct from a credit balance, and if you're on Pay Monthly, your spend cap would need to be high enough to account for this.

Do you know what you spend cap is? Have you ever had this problem before? Where does this notice appear that the network won't allow it?
