Loss of signl St ives

I’m in St Ives Cornwall .I have little or no home 4G broadband. I’ve got an outside router that has been working. Recently 3mbs is about as good as it gets. Does anyone know the time scale for the repair on the St Ives Mast ?

I'm sorry to hear that you've noticed a reduction in your Home Broadband speed.

Has it been confirmed that the local mast has been damaged? If so, do you recall when this happened?

Are you able to share more info on the location of the mast? This will help me to look into this and see if I can gain some more details on this.
