I’m trying to change my phone from android to iPhone and it has an e-sim is this allowed or do I need to go to a shop.

Did you manage to get this sorted out over the weekend? As @Paddiewack mentioned customer services can help, or you'll also find options to "replace SIM" on your My3 account. This page on eSIM support should help guide you further.
